Undated Concentric Piedouche

Set on a filigree double-swirl pedestal foot with 2 white twist torsades are 9 concentric rows of millefiori canes around a small central star cane.  The rows are meticulously set, with virtually no slippage.  Colours range from red, pink & blue to pale-green, white & ochre.
There is no signature/date cane but the canes are of the type St Louis used in 1953/1954 weights although they also appear in later weights ca. 1965 to 1970. Polished concave base with a wear ring.
