1977 Blue Flowers on Latticinio (Ed. 450)

The clear crystal set with 4 dark-blue blooms and a bud borne on long green stems, accompanied by green leaves and arranged over a white latticinio double swirl. Each flower is centred by a white, red, yellow & pale-green millefiori cane. The piece is finished with a circular top window and 6 round side facets.
Set in the polished, concave base is an SL1977 signature/date cane. The weight still bears its gold St. Louis sticker on the underside. (Original certificate)
Initially St. Louis numbered the certificates sequentially, not the edition itself ! Hence this certificate bears the number 2583. After 1978 each edition was numbered separately.
