Barille 1/1 (2013)

A design with a 4-cane centre and rings of yellow pansies set in a carpet of brown/blue millefiori canes. The canes in the centre - which are repeated in the border garland - are complex millefiori combining olive-green with white & aquamarine, whereas the carpet canes consist of brown rods combined with 3 different shades of blue around a white rod. The design is set on translucent pale-blue over a bed of blue-lined, white staves.
Embedded in the centre of the flat, polished base is an MH signature cane. The base is also inscribed “Barille” and scratch-signed: M. Hunter Twists 13 1/1.
