Freesias - Ed. 50 (1995)

A 1995 design by Margot Thomson depicting 3 yellow and 3 pink freesias, 2 pink buds, green stems and narrow, pointed leaves encircled by a garland of pink/white/green millefiori canes. The arrangement is set over a translucent amethyst ground. A blue & white Whitefriars logo is incorporated in the border garland. Circular top window and 10 oval side facets.
Inscribed on the flat, polished base: Freesias Whitefriars Caithness Scotland and numbered 5/50. Original certificate.
(Of the planned edition of 50 only 39 were actually made).
