1976 Bell, Flag & Eagle (Ed. 100)

One of the limited editions made to commemorate the American Bi-Centennial in 1976. Set on a dark-blue ground, intertwined multi-cane trefoils loop around 3 mosaic roundels depicting the US Flag, the Liberty Bell and the Eagle. 6+1 faceting.
3 pink composite canes surround the blue & white 1776-1976 date cane in the centre. The weight is scratch-numbered on the polished, concave base. Affixed to one of the facets is an original factory label.
(Although planned as an edition of 100, only about 70 were actually made).
