A neat cartwheel design - probably from the later Strathearn period - with well-made canes in a harmonious range of muted colours - mauve, pale-green, smokey-blue, lemon and white - on a mottled translucent amber ground (appears black!). The spokes are unusual; white latticinio spiralling around pale-blue, green, pink & yellow threads. Fire-polished, slightly concave base.
