Surrounding a pale-blue, red & white floret is a ring of red-lined, white cogs followed by 7 rings of green-lined, blue cogs set in a basket of similar blue staves. The carpet ground is punctuated by 5 spaced millefiori florets.
Signed with an SL 1986 date cane on the outer edge of the carpet. Polished, concave base. (Includes original, numbered certificate)
