1982 Blue / Red Carpet (Ed. 250)

9 rows of complex millefiori canes - red tubes surrounded by 8 stars and enclosed in a circle of blue “C” canes - make up this eye-catching blue & red carpet ground. The centre cane is similar but only has 7 stars surrounding the red tube and the “C”canes are a lighter shade of blue. The final row is drawn underneath.
Signed on the underside with an SL1982 date cane. The base is slightly concave with a broad basal rim.
