1976 Millefiori on Blue (Ed. 200)

18 complex millefiori canes are evenly spaced in 2 concentric rings around a composite red, white & blue centre cane (containing the initials SL) over a blue ground. The colour ground is shaded from dark-blue in the centre to a lighter blue around the perimeter.
Apart from the centre cane, the SL initials appear in a second cane, in addition to the SL 1976 signature/date cane, which is incorporated in the border garland. Polished, concave base with a broad basal rim.
