PP47 Ed. 300 (1993)

From 1993 onwards the design of PP47 changed every year. This one is centred by a Scottish thistle surrounded by 6 yellow, shell-edged millefiori canes pulled to a point to resemble flower petals set on a bed of white lace. The garland contains 3 black & white silhouettes (penguin, ostrich and squirrel) plus 3 colourful picture canes (toadstool, duck and something hard to distinguish!).
A P1993 signature/date cane is embedded in the polished, concave base.
