A millefiori pattern in the shape of a Maltese Cross over a translucent, mottled pale-amethyst colour ground - sometimes referred to as “A Formal Garden”. Centred by a square of blue, white, pistachio & pale-orange canes, the arms of the cross - outlined by fine twists - are filled with turquoise, amber, coral-pink, blue & yellow cog canes. The triangles between the arms contain 5 rows of small pale-green/white canes The weight is cut with a large top facet and signed with a P1979 signature/date cane in the central concavity of the polished base.
