A very early PP3 - probably made within the first few months of production. 3 rows of canes centred by a green & white floret. The outer row still has a look of Strathearn canes, but in the 2nd row is a complex cane with a tiny red bell in the centre, which according to one of the glassmakers who worked at Perthshire, was so complicated to make, it was only used for a very short time! Set on a black ground with a slightly rough, fire-polished base. Not signed.
