A large weight with white & pink twists and yellow, green, blue& mauve complex millefiori canes. The canes surround a yellow-bodied butterfly with pale-pink & blue millefiori cane wings. Encircling the whole design - which is set over a translucent, mottled blue ground - is a garland of turquoise canes alternating with short lengths of white twists. Cut with a large top facet and 8 side facets. Signed with a P1997 signature/date cane in the polished, concave base and scratch-numbered 129.
