PP 21 Swirl (1974-1977)

A large weight with bright-red, orange, blue, purple & white filigree swirling clockwise around a multi-coloured centre cane - composed of 25 individual elements -  over a clear ground.
Flat, polished base. (PP 20 & 21 were not signed)
