A small weight with a large complex centre cane encircled by a ring of blue/white millefiori canes and 8 radial twists set into a teal ground - originally made for members of the Perthshire Paperweights Collectors Club, which was formed in 1998. The centre cane bears the initials PPCC. Polished, concave base with original sticker.
