Complex Perthshire millefiori canes - in every conceivable colour - closely packed on a translucent green colour ground. Some examples were domed, others faceted - like this one with a large top window and 6 oval side facets. In the centre is a P1992 signature/date cane and towards the outer edge a PMcD cane for the maker Peter McDougall (at 6 o’clock in the main image). Scratch-numbered in the polished, deeply-concave base.
