One of a series of hollow-blown weights Perthshire produced in its Annual Collection. This one features a seal perched on a red & white stand, balancing a candy-striped ball on its nose. The ruby flash-overlay is cut with a top window and 16 oval side facets. The weight has a small polished ,concave base through which a P signature cane is visible.(Original certificate). Although planned as a edition of 400 only 275 pieces were made.
