Designed and made by Willie Manson this compound weight depicts two dragonflies with wings of gossamer latticinio and segmented bodies enhanced with gold & copper aventurine. The insects are zig-zagging above the speckled blue surface of a limpid pond with 4 waterlilies floating on it. The flat, polished base is script signed: Double Dragonfly Caithness, Scotland and numbered 114/150.
