Set on a translucent cobalt-blue colour ground is a large single clematis with the tips of dark-green leaves showing between the finely-ribbed white & mauve petals. 3 different types of millefiori canes make up the continuous border garland around it. The weight is finished with a circular top facet and 6 side facets. There is no “PH cane”, but it is scratch-signed & dated on the polished, concave base: Peter Holmes Selkirk Glass Scotland 1990 1/1.
