Triple Fancy - Ed. 250 (1989)
A blue/white, lemon/white & red/white flower - each with a millefori cane in the centre and a small bud above - are set on a mottled semi-translucent aquamarine ground. The stems - in virtually the same colour as the ground - end at the White friar cane; a blue, hooded monk on a white roundel. Cut with a circular top window and 6 oval side facets.
The polished, flat base is acid-etched: Caithness, Whitefriars, Triple Fancy, Scotland; scratch-numbered 36/250 and signed by the designer: Allan Scott.
(Only 81 of the intended limited edition of 250 were actually produced).
