1973 Zodiac Blue Carpet-ground (Ed. 300)

The 12 signs of the zodiac - each one encircled by colourful millefiori - are set in a carpet-ground of pale-blue/white canes. As usual in Baccarat millefiori weights, the canes in the outer row are pulled neatly underneath to meet at the centre of the base. Placed close to the perimeter is a blue & white B1973 signature/date cane.
The flat, polished base is acid-etched with the number, year and 2 Baccarat insignia - although one is partially covered by the number.
