A striking closepack with a great assortment of complex millefiori canes - stars, ruffles , cogs, hollow tubes, upright rods - in colours ranging from lime & emerald-green, cobalt- blue & aquamarine, bright-orange & ruby to cinnamon, pale-lilac, chartreuse & pale-pink. With only a couple of repeats, there’s plenty for the cane connoiseur to study. The canopy is enclosed in a multi-coloured basket which is drawn into the centre of the flat, polished base. Scratch-signed D MacNaught ‘11 above the edge of the base in addition to the blue, black and white signature cane which can be seen through the small porthole in the middle of the base.
