Closepack/Multi-coloured Basket (2007)

A standard-size weight with a good assortment of crimps, cogs, crosses, ruffles, collars, and complex composite canes in an amazing range of colours - violet, forest green with aventurine, pale green, pink, aqua, mauve, pale and cobalt blue, peach, cranberry, yellow and white - enclosed in a multi-coloured stave basket. The millefiori cushion rises high into the dome.
Signed with a “B” cane at the perimeter and script-signed and dated on the flat, polished base.
