Belted Kingfisher - Ed. 50 (1988)

The clear glass is set with a blue & white belted kingfisher - with a blue & brown striped breast - perched on a forked tree stump next to 2 pink lady’s-slipper orchids with pale-green leaves and a cluster of golden-yellow marsh marigolds set amidst dark-green leaves.
Signed and dated Ayotte Ed/50 ‘88 above the rim of the polished, concave base.
