Concentric- 3-tiered basket

2 rows of complex canes encircle a royal blue/yellow/red central feature cane. The first row has 3 different types of canes; in the outer row complex white plaques alternate with red/white/blue cruciform canes surrounded by translucent pink & pale-orange rods.
The 3-tiered filigree basket - white within yellow within a white outer layer; the complexity of the canes, tidy set-up and flat, lightly-ground base would indicate one of the major Silesian producers. The glass has a distinct greyish tinge.
