A miniature weight with 4 different complex millefiori canes - set in a mirrored image - around a 5-lobed star cane in the centre. A good colour scheme - pale-blue & cobalt blue 5-lobed stars, yellow & white rods set in ruby (producing burnt-orange) plus pink/white pastry-moulds - sets this one apart. The well-made canes rest on a polychrome frit ground. The quality of the canes would indicate a Silesian origin. The weight has the typical flat, lightly ground base. Faint yellow tint to the glass.
