Miniature swirls are relatively rare; this one is set with alternating apple-green & white curved rods. They form a pinwheel pattern as they radiate out from a large purple/white pastry mould cane. The rods swirl almost to the base of the weight as opposed to the more common slightly arched canopy. A narrow wear rim surrounds the polished concave base.
