This scrambled weight - made ca. 1860/70 - with its predominantly white tones - has a complete 1852 date cane with 3 white running rabbit silhouettes on a blue/black field within a 10-point crimped cog cane. In addition it has 3 partial date canes; 2 of which also have 2 running rabbit silhouettes. There are also 2 canes with large “8”s on a white ground. Adding a touch of colour are short lengths of filigree, ribbons and a couple of whole canes in shades of green, pale blue, pink, turquoise and yellow.
The polished base shows a slight concavity.
