Concentric on Spatter

Set on a polychrome spatter cushion are 2 rows of canes surrounding a complex central feature cane: a pink & white pastry mould with a blue & white 5-lobed corrugated cane and yellow rod centre. The canes in the first concentric ring are made of upright white rods set in double circles around a ruby centre. The second ring features white corrugated canes inside blue collars with 5-lobed blue & white star centres.
The flat base has been lightly ground.
