Alternating Millefiori on Spatter
A neatly set up, close 2-row concentric ( probably of Thuringian origin) with alternating complex millefiori canes around a central feature group composed of a yellow-and-white star within a ring of 13 pink-and-blue star canes. In the first row, there are 2 different types of canes and 3 different types of canes in the outer row. Colours include blue, yellow, amber, green and pink.
The canes are set on a colourful spatter ground. The glass has a distinct purple (manganese) tint. The sides slope down steeply to the flat, lightly-ground base.
