18-cane Chequer; Centre Rose

A well set, medium-size, 18- cane chequer centred by a large, perfectly-formed pink & green rose. The other 17 pastry-mould and compound canes - in a broad range of colours from lavender, pink and yellow through to violet, dark-green, ruby and cobalt-blue - are separated by short lengths of white latticinio tubes and twists over an upset muslin ground.
Polished concave base with a narrow basal rim.
