Small Concentric

A crisp 4-row concentric on clear enclosing a complex centre with green arrow canes around a 6-point white star and 13 white sheaths filled with brown and white star centres. In the outer row, green and blue arrow canes alternate with white and red cogs.
The concave base bears an old (auction?) label with a printed number “128" and written by hand “Sotheby 17-11-53, Baccarat millefiori clear glass £ L” (£ 50 maybe ?) - possibly the price paid for it back in the 1950s.
