Rare Miniature Closepack; 2 silhouettes

Miniature millefiori closepacks are much rarer than their larger counterparts. This one has a good assortment of typical Baccarat canes - arrowheads, shamrocks, fortress, honeycombs, whorls - plus 2 Gridel silhouettes: a blue/black dog and a black horse.
The small green, red and blue B 1848 signature cane is set between the 2 silhouettes. A fine, well set up miniature, with a polished concave base and narrow basal rim.
