A border garland composed of 22 roses; 11 pink & yellow “sunburst” roses (see George Kulles “Identifying Antique Paperweights; The Less Familiar” page 58) alternating with 11 rose-canes made of 4 rows of translucent pale-blue petals centred by 5 hollow, yellow tubes (see 2005 PCA Annual Bulletin, page 52, Fig 2). The garland encircles a centre cluster incorporating 6 rarely-seen St Mandé arrow canes surrounded by complex emerald-green & white star canes.
A slightly higher dome than usual but with the typical rounded sides which finish at the small basal concavity and a narrow basal rim.
