Paypal has been introduced for customers in North America and other overseas countries.
All prices are shown in Euros - please use the Currency Converter (top right) to convert the Euro prices into US $.
Prices for new articles sold within the EU must include Value Added Tax (VAT), which is shown separately on the invoice.
In the case of pre-owned or consigned goods, Margin Scheme Taxation applies and VAT is charged on an inclusive basis. In compliance with § 25a of the German Turnover Tax Law, this must not be shown separately on the invoice.
No VAT is charged on articles shipped to buyers outside the EU. (Please enquire about prices should you be resident outside the EU).
Shipping:
All weights will be carefully packed for shipping. We recycle packaging material as far as possible, without compromising quality.
Shipping will be charged at the cost levied by the German Postal Service or by Hermes Parcel Service. Special arrangements can be made for collectors who have accounts with UPS, FedEx or similar.
Like everywhere else, shipping costs in Germany have increased significantly in recent months. The cheapest methods of shipping paperweights internationally is by Signed-for Letterpost. Two categories are available: up to 1000grms & 1000-2000grms. Weights can also be shipped as a small package or insured parcel. No insurance is available on Letterpost but insurance with the German Postal Service ONLY covers loss. Coverage for damage to glass items is not available!
The weight limit for small packages is 2 kilogrammes (slightly over 2 lbs.); whereas a parcel can be up to 5 kg, which means several weights can be shipped for the same price. Please contact us, so that we can check which category would apply to your particular order.
The data stored in our Shopping Cart Facility will calculate the most reasonable cost of shipping based on the weight of the items in your cart and the address they are to be sent to.
