A design usually associated with antique Clichy - this 3-colour swirl was issued by Perthshire (in a variety of colour combinations) in 1980. Radiating from a large blue, pale-orange & emerald-green compound centre cane are alternating opaque white, green and black rods, which swirl - clockwise - into the base under a clear dome.
A “P1980" signature/date cane is set in the polished, concave base.
(Of the planned edition of 300 only ca. 244 were produced)
